« 3 mots pour Paris » Cokau Lab’s movie just came out online
The young duo of innovative filmmakers Achille Coquerel and Thomas Kauffmann just released his latest production “3 words to Paris” … after the success of “3 words to New York,” which had their several million views on the Internet, the recurrence duet with our capital. It launched 27 April a site that allows you to generate a short film with the three words that best define for each the City of Light.

Having been part of several hundred interviewed on the streets of Paris last 2 years and have been selected to launch the video I linked you book in this post.
Cokau of the Cokau Lab
They worked together from 2006 to 2012 as editors and motion designers in an audiovisual studio Parisen 2010, they decided to create Cokau order to push their artistic boundaries through the creation of several experimental videos. In 2012, they won the Vimeo Award for best experimental video for their video Pray to God that comforted them in creating their own studio as associates: Cokau Lab.
With Cokau lab they experience the fusion of publishing, visual and sound design at a time.
“3 words to New York”
In the US, the pair walked the streets of the Big Apple to ask people to describe their city in three words. 3 words to Paris follows the same concept. For this project on the French capital, people are solicited directly from their computer to generate their own film, mounted based on the keywords they type on the Home screen. Three words, three ideas, ultra-fast loading, and a short film of a few seconds will appear before your eyes.
Metro, drink, restaurant…
Thomas Achilles and turned nearly 4,500 planes throughout Paris, and were associated with 90,000 tags. The algorithm does the rest. The site has taken a long time to Cokau studio and has no ambition to generate any profit whatsoever. Achilles says:
“We wanted to share the look we have on Paris with people, share our vision of the city. There is something very personal in there. “
